The congress organization’s official housing company is ASAP. ASAP has contracted a number of hotel rooms in Genoa for EBSA 2009. The number of hotel rooms is based on historical usage in combination with expected growth. ASAP will add additional hotels if necessary.

  • General hotel information, including reservation policies, a complete list and a map.
  • A complete list of hotel reservation deadlines

• Reservation Policies
  

  • Online submission of hotel reservations is strongly encouraged and is given priority over submissions via fax or mail.

  • Online hotel reservations are made from the actual inventory, at the time of the reservation. Confirmations are generated at once and sent by e-mail

  • Online reservation are available from the night of July 10th till the night of July 15th, if you need other options, please contact Asap at congressi@asapnet.it

  • Reservations by  fax or mail can be made through the ASAP office. A hotel reservation form is available online in PDF format.

  • Reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card or check deposit in the amount of one night per room at the hotel room rate requested or assigned.

  • ASAP will make your reservation based on your request; however, special requests cannot be guaranteed.

  • Do not send duplicate requests for hotel reservations.

• Confirmation, Changes, and Cancellations
  

  • If you submit a housing request by mail or fax and do not receive confirmation within seven business days, please contact ASAP at (congressi@asapnet.it ) to follow up and avoid no-show charges

  • If you cancel your plan to attend EBSA 2009, please cancel your hotel reservation as quickly as possible. If a reservation is timely cancelled, another registrant may use the room. You may change or cancel hotel reservations by fax or mail by June 1st 2009.

  • Confirmations issued by ASAP are honoured by all hotels in Genoa. Please check that arrival and departure dates are accurate on your hotel confirmation. [NOTE: If you do not arrive at the hotel on the confirmed date, the hotel will not hold your room and you will be charged for one night, plus sales tax and occupancy tax. Hotels may also charge an early departure fee, so reconfirm departure date upon checking in].

• Student Reservations
  

  • Lower priced rooms have been set aside for student registrants and are available until July 1st 2009

  • Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis until depleted and in any case by July 1st 2009, when student rated rooms are released for general sale

  • Only student registrants or immediate family members are allowed to occupy rooms reserved for students.

A number of rooms are available for lower price at the Hostel of Genoa.

Two types of room are available:Room with 8 beds: 16,50euro/person/nightRoom with 4 beds: 18euro/person/nightBreakfast: 1,70euro/person
