Abstract preparation
It may take some time (approx 24hrs max) for your registration to filter to the abstract submission site. If you are unable to login at any given time to upload your abstract, please try again after a while. You can of course upload your LATE ABSTRACT at a later date, but no later than June 10th 2009. Abstracts can only be uploaded after registering for the congress.
You will need your e-mail address as it appears on your registration confirmation and your registration confirmation number to access the abstract submission site.
Abstracts (one per registered participant) should include:
Title: limited to 100 characters (including spaces - All lower case, except for first letter, for first letter of names, and for abbreviations. No full stop at the end of the title)
Authors: limited to 14 authors
Affiliations: limited to four affiliations consisting of Institution, Town, Country (font: 9pt Times). .
Text: limited to 1300 characters (including spaces). There is no space for figures. The text will be written in an RTF formatted file.
However, authors must check that the length of their submitted abstract does not exceed the allocated space on the registration web site. A PDF preview function allows you to check the abstract before submission. Any text exceeding the available space will not be printed in the book of abstracts, and will not be delivered to the session chairs for evaluation.
